TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please peruse the terms and conditions listed below. Your placing an order with us implies that you have understood and are in agreement with the following:

Booking authentication We accept car hire orders via email.
Cancellation / change of order We must receive information about the cancellation / change as follows:

Dzire / Innova: 4 hours in advance of appointed time
All other vehicles: 24 hours in advance of appointed time.

Failing this, we will bill the “Minimum charge” for the vehicle, as per the table above.
Calculation of charge Charges are calculated on hours / kilometers basis, whichever is higher. Hours / Kilometers will be calculated from garage-to-garage.
Outstation (travel outside Kolkata city limits)
  • Minimum distance driven is calculated at 250 kilometers per day
  • Outstation charges are INR 200 per day
  • Night detention is charged at INR 200 per night
Late night charges If the car is released after 11 PM, a charge of INR 100 is applied.
Taxes and levies Taxes as applicable.
Parking fees and toll tax Payable as per actuals.
Payment due date Payment should be made within 30 days of bill placement.
Miscellaneous All our vehicles are chauffeur driven. Rates include cost of fuel.
